Members’ details are kept electronically and are used to keep members informed of VCC activities. From time to time, the VCC may publish, in print in the Members’ Handbook or electronically in the Members’ Section of our website (for use by other members only), directories of members and their contact details. The VCC only collects data necessary to provide the membership services expected of it by its
members, including the maintenance of membership records and publication and distribution of the club magazine, keeping members informed of news and VCC activities, provision of membership lists, vehicle identification and dating services, maintenance of associated historical records and the organisation and running of motoring and other events.
I declare that I shall not drive in any part of an event which takes place on the public highway unless I hold a valid motor vehicle licence for cars (other than provisional). I agree to abide by the rules of the Club.
